The Regency Training Foundation delivers short self-development training courses to disadvantaged adults and vulnerable young people in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and London. Our organisation has become a key player in combating social exclusion and preparing individuals for work and other important measures in life. With so many individuals and organisations striving to provide healthy, happy, well-functioning environments, The Regency Training Foundation aims to be a partner for the future development in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and London.
Our involvement in the communities has real impact on real people. We work with adults aged 18 plus who have; physical, sensory and learning disabilities, mental health challenges, people from ethnic minorities, lone parents, and unpaid carers. We also work with vulnerable young people and young carers in Hertfordshire. Our unique treatment of everyone as individuals as well as part of the group dynamic without judgement of abilities make us a sought after training provider, and we value our approach to equality among all students and trainers as a key element of our programmes.
You can meet our team on the Team page and find out who is who. Our management committee as well as all of our trainers have years of experience in working with vulnerable adults and young people. The Regency Training Foundation works with a number of referral organisations throughout Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and London.
