Jackie Grimshaw Bio
Started volunteering with The Regency Training Foundation in January 2014 and in April 2014 she started working part time fulfilling an administration role for the organisation. Her duties are extremely varied and include; monitoring and evaluation, updating the client and trainer database, ensuring that all course materials are updated and 'fit for purpose', networking with local support groups, plus general office duties to guarantee that we can successfully deliver our projects to our clients. Jackie has worked at many levels in administration for 28 years; in April 1997 she was diagnosed with an Acoustic Neuroma, which although after extensive surgery was successfully removed, it has resulted in life changing consequences; leaving her with permanent Sensory & Physical Disabilities.
Since 1999 Jackie has worked and volunteered in the Third Sector and she is thrilled to be working for The Regency Training Foundation where her life experience can be used in a positive way to benefit others.
