A HR and Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach. She has run leadership and development programmes in both private and public sector organisations and is now using her experience and skills in the voluntary sector. Susan supports people to develop their full potential by identifying unhelpful patterns in their behaviour and limiting beliefs and by working together to change them. She enjoys working with colleagues and clients in a collaborative and challenging way to help them to achieve their objectives.
Qualifications: Susan is CIPD qualified and has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from The OCM.
